Software Architekt (m/w/d)

The jobholder works as a Software Developer / Architect for embedded real time software (d/f/m)
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded avionics software for aerospace systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of software solutions into avionics systems
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254) and safety-critical software development practices
- Perform mission system integration activities on hardware for various projects
- Conduct testing, validation, and verification of software to meet aerospace requirements
Studium:
- Informatik mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang oder
- Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. Master / Diplom-Studiengang
Berufserfahrung:
- IT / Informationssysteme mind. über 3 Jahre
- Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. über 3 Jahre
- Proven experience in embedded software development for avionics or aerospace applications is required
- Familiarity with avionics standards (e.g., ARINC 653, DO-178C) and safety-critical software development
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
- German is a plus
- IT Experience in C/C++ and/or Ada and real-time operating systems (e.g., VxWorks) is needed
- Experience with virtualization technologies (including resource segregation and drivers)
- Knowledge of Hardware Architectures (x86, ARM and RISC-V) Experience with CI/CD Methodologies
