Strategic Enterprise Relationship Manager DACH

We are looking for an experienced individual to manage and grow our key enterprise accounts in the DACH region. This high-autonomy, high-visibility role is central to our growth strategy, offering you the chance to directly impact our success and build lasting relationships with leading companies. You'll act as the primary point of contact, driving client satisfaction and expanding our partnerships.

Activities

As the face of Sharpist to our biggest clients in DACH, you will: - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and program delivery. - Engage with CHROs, L&D leads, and C-suite executives to understand their needs and drive value. - Manage account growth through strategic planning and identifying expansion opportunities (70% of your time). - Coordinate across coaching, product, and operations teams to ensure successful program execution and client satisfaction (30% of your time). - Handle both smooth-running accounts and those requiring significant problem-solving.

Team

You will join a dynamic team focused on driving growth within the enterprise segment. You'll work closely with coaching, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery. This role is at the center of our client engagement strategy, offering significant visibility and impact.

- 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, a strategic client-facing role in B2B Enterprise/Startup (ideally Saas), or as a Chief of Staff to a C-suite leader.
- Proven track record of owning important relationships and delivering results.
- Native-level German (C1+) and fluent English.
- Open to travel around DACH approximately 30% of the time.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution and follow-through.
- Organized, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills, adaptable to various audiences from boardroom executives to colleagues.
- Focus on client outcomes and success.
