Your main tasks will include:
- Lead the development and implementation of new technical capabilities within the Research Centre team.
- Establish and maintain technical collaboration with customers, external research centers, and relevant internal departments.
- Develop and apply advanced suspension-system engineering methods and virtual development processes.
- Contribute to the definition of the global strategy for product innovation and technical capability development.
- Conduct systematic research and analysis of market requirements, technology trends, and emerging customer needs.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Proven expertise in the development and application of Driver-in-the-Loop (DiL) vehicle simulation systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle chassis systems from a holistic OEM engineering perspective.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in the design, development, and validation of suspension strut modules.
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle dynamics, handling, ride performance, and chassis system interactions.
- More than 10 years of professional experience in automotive engineering and product development environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFR level C1 or higher; professional proficiency in German is considered an asset.
- Availability for frequent domestic and international business travel.
