- Planung und Terminierung von Fertigungsaufträgen sowie Ermittlung der Produktionsbedarfe
- Erstellung und Pflege von Produktionsaufträgen
- Ausarbeitung von Kapazitäts- und Belegungsplänen
- Ermittlung des Personalbedarfs sowie Analyse und Messung von Maschinenlaufzeiten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bewegungsdaten zur Steuerung und Überwachung des Fertigungsfortschritts
- Anlage und Pflege von Artikelstammdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen sowie der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Planungsabläufen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik und anderen relevanten Fachbereichen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in Produktion und Prozess-/Verfahrenstechnik
- Gute MS Office- und ERP-Systemkenntnisse, vorzugsweise SAP
- Strukturierte, selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
