Team Lead P&C Business Partners (f/m/d)

• Lead and support the P&C Business Partners team through regular feedback and coaching.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, advise them on key people matters and connect them with P&C teams.
• Help leaders turn business goals into clear people and team actions.
• Manage conflicts and sensitive situations fairly and discreetly, involving Legal or other experts, when required.
• Promote a culture based on trust, accountability and open communication.
• Ensure effective management of employee and labour-related matters and ongoing process improvement.

• 3+ years' HR/P&C Business Partner experience.
• Degree in HR, business, law, psychology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Good understanding of workforce planning, including skills, capacity, succession and hiring needs.
• Solid knowledge of German employment law, HR processes and data protection.
• Experience in collaboration with German works council.
• Initial people-leadership or team-coordination experience.
• Experience in cross-teams collaboration, including working with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Development & Engagement, Legal and Corporate Communication teams.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• C1/C2-level English and willingness to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
