At Scheer, we're building a new generation of SAP Operations. Instead of maintaining traditional infrastructure, we're creating an intelligent, cloud-first platform operating model. SAP Cloud ERP (Private & Public Cloud), SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, automation, and AI are not just technologies we use—they're the foundation of how we work.

What's in it for you
- Tradition and Innovation: We've enjoyed steady growth for over 40 years, and we continue to expand globally. We offer a position with great prospects and potential.
- Flexible working hours, hybrid work options in Zagreb, remote work opportunities, and workations.
- A structured onboarding program and personalized learning and development opportunities.

- Excellent opportunities for internal career development and international mobility.
- A performance-driven culture where you can actively shape your career and make an impact.
