Site Construction Manager (m/w/d)

As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are currently seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects based in Germany.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing site teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• • Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning across commercial and industrial sites
  • Manage on-site trades apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely project delivery
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work scopes.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth site operations
  • Responsible for implementation of the scope of work on construction/ fabrication, pre-commissioning
  • Management of Site Design and Construction processes
  • Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors

Key Skills and Competencies

• • Trade qualified with a National Craft Certificate or relevant third level qualification
  • 2+ years experience in a supervisory, foreman, or construction management role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety and quality
