Building an international partner network – driving growth in industrial connectivity
Our client is an internationally successful technology provider specializing in industrial communication and networking. Its solutions connect machines, devices and systems, enabling a high-performing, efficient and future-ready industrial environment. The company combines technological innovation with a dynamic growth strategy and an international, collaborative corporate culture. To expand its indirect sales activities across EMEA, we are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to develop a strong distribution network and build the supporting organization.
The role:
- Develop and implement a scalable channel and distribution strategy across EMEA, focusing on industrial gateways and wireless solutions
- Build and lead the EMEA Channel Management organization, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
- Personally manage and develop key distributors and selected strategic accounts in the DACH region
- Expand strategic sales partnerships, unlock new market opportunities and develop additional indirect sales channels
- Drive profitable revenue growth and increased market penetration, monitoring performance against relevant sales KPIs
- Negotiate commercial agreements and develop joint growth plans with distribution partners
Your profile:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision and a hands-on approach, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Degree in business administration or engineering
- Several years of successful experience in international B2B channel sales, distribution management or indirect sales
- Leadership experience and strong ability to build and develop teams, structures and processes
- Proven track record in building and expanding partner networks, ideally within industrial communication, automation, electronics or Industrial IoT
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe, including regular visits to the EMEA HQ in Southern Germany
