• Your role in the team: You are one of three regional sales managers in our European specialty retail channel and report directly to our Sales Manager Europe.
• New business development: You actively acquire new specialty retailers and identify potential business partners across the Northern Europe region.
• Key account management & negotiations: You independently manage and develop a defined portfolio of specialty retail customers, develop long-standing partners towards key account status, prepare annual reviews as well as negotiations on terms and contracts, and conduct them together with your Sales Manager Europe.
• Customer contact & trade fairs: From our headquarters, you are in close contact with your customers by phone and video call and build lasting relationships. You visit selected customers on site and prepare and attend trade fairs and industry events, where you represent our company and generate new leads.
• Market & customer analysis: You analyze customer needs as well as market and competitor information across the region, assess sales potential and derive measures to increase customer loyalty and revenue.
• Interface management: You take responsibility for customer-related projects and work hand in hand with our Customer Service team to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction, as well as with our departments on site, such as Marketing, Product Management and Logistics.

• You hold a degree in business administration, trade management, marketing or a comparable field.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales or key account management, ideally in specialty retail, Food / FMCG or sports nutrition.
• You have a genuine passion for specialty retail, excellent communication and organisational skills and strong negotiation skills.
• You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
• You speak English fluently (at least at negotiation level); German is a plus.
• You enjoy working on site with your team at our headquarters in Venlo and are willing to travel occasionally within Europe for customer visits and trade fairs; you hold a valid driving licence (category B).
