Your Tasks

Effective communication turns strategy into action. In this role, you shape how complex topics are understood across the organization and enable alignment at all levels. You will work closely with senior leadership and have a direct impact on transparency, engagement, and successful transformation.

Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a company-wide internal communication framework, including formats, editorial planning, and clear responsibilities to ensure consistent and effective communication.
Executive Communication: Partner with senior leadership to shape key messages and ensure consistency across channels such as all-hands meetings, written updates, and ad-hoc communications.
Leadership Enablement: Support managers in communicating key topics within their teams, making complex messages understandable and actionable in day-to-day business.
Change Communication: Provide structure and narrative for transformation initiatives, translating complex developments into clear, engaging communication that creates alignment.
Dialogue & Feedback: Establish formats that enable open exchange, capture employee sentiment, and ensure feedback is reflected in decision-making processes.

Your Profile

Have you worked in roles where communication was critical to the success of complex initiatives? Are you experienced in aligning stakeholders with different perspectives and driving clarity in dynamic environments? And are you ready to take the next step into a role with company-wide communication impact?

Background & Experience: Degree in communications, business, social sciences, media, or a related field, or equivalent qualification. Experience in roles where communication is a key success factor (e.g., project, transformation, program, stakeholder management, consulting, or cross-functional roles).
Stakeholder & Complexity Management: Proven ability to work in complex environments with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment through structured communication and continuous dialogue.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to structure, simplify, and convey complex topics for different target audiences across various formats and channels.
Advisory & Influencing Skills: Experience working with senior stakeholders, providing guidance, challenging perspectives constructively, and driving communication effectiveness.
Language & Mindset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, combined with a proactive, structured, and impact-oriented working style.
